Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, knowledge of office software, and a willingness to learn. This role is critical in ensuring smooth internal operations and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and databases

Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow

Process and verify invoices, bills, and receipts

Assist in maintaining inventory and office supplies

Manage email communications and respond to internal queries

Support HR and finance departments with documentation and records

Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet browsing)

Good typing speed and accuracy

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic communication skills (written and verbal)
