Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing long-term value from both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share
Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and contracts for potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client needs are met
Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic business development reports
Negotiate and close deals that align with company goals
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Proven track record of achieving growth targets and closing deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Willingness to travel as needed
