Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects across various stages of the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely mitigation strategies are in place.

Track project progress and ensure projects stay on schedule, adjusting plans as necessary.

Report on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

Manage project budgets and ensure financials are in alignment with the project goals.

Conduct regular project meetings and ensure all team members are aligned with project goals.

Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and design.

Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an IT, software, or tech-driven environment.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Lean.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, Monday.com).

Solid understanding of project budgeting and financial management.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.

Experience with Agile frameworks and working with Scrum teams.

Familiarity with risk management and change management principles.

Experience in stakeholder management and delivering customer-facing projects.

Experience with Slack, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.
