Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing sales, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes.

Train, mentor, and schedule store staff.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to increase profitability.

Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards.

Monitor cash handling and banking procedures.

Conduct regular audits and inventory checks.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail role.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Good understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.

Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
