Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers, and to generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers

Explain products or services and generate interest

Follow up on leads and maintain accurate call records

Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries

Schedule appointments or product demos for field sales teams if required

Maintain the call database and update contact records

Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

Provide feedback on call responses to improve services

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred for some roles)

0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service

Excellent verbal communication skills in [Insert Required Languages]

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

Good listening and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle rejections and remain positive

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
