Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining efficient workflows. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a hands-on attitude, and experience in warehouse or logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods

Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits

Monitor staff performance and provide training, coaching, and feedback

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse

Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)

Monitor and report on key warehouse metrics and KPIs

Resolve issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, or damaged goods

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus

2+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, including supervisory experience

Knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and safety practices

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Basic computer skills; familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
