At Normea Placements Private Limited, we provide professional recruitment and career development services which are primarily delivered through digital channels. As our offerings are non-tangible and service-based, the concept of physical shipping does not apply. However, we are committed to timely and efficient service delivery through digital means. All services such as resume building, career consultation, interview preparation, placement support, and training sessions are delivered digitally via email, phone, video call, or client dashboard (where applicable).

Upon successful payment confirmation, clients will receive an acknowledgement email with the estimated service delivery timeline.
2. Turnaround Time

Standard services (e.g., resume writing, job application assistance) are typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the date of payment and submission of required information.

Expedited or premium services may be delivered faster as per the package chosen by the client.

Custom services or bulk orders may take longer, and delivery timelines will be communicated in advance.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery:

Clients must provide complete and accurate information requested for service initiation.

Delays in submitting inputs (e.g., old resumes, job preferences, documents) may result in corresponding delays in service delivery.

6. Support Hours
Our delivery and support team operates from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (excluding public holidays). Queries submitted outside of business hours will be addressed on the next working day.
