At Normae Placements Pvt. Ltd., we believe that creating a sustainable future begins with education and awareness. In line with our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, we proudly collaborated in an impactful environmental awareness event organized by Jyotiswarnim Welfare Society on June 19, 2025, at AusSkill International Hotel School.
The event, aimed at educating school children and college students on responsible waste management, brought together thought leaders and organizations devoted to environmental sustainability.
Mr. Ashish Garg, President of Eco Group Society, delivered a compelling session on plastic usage and the harmful effects of its mismanagement on the environment. His insightful address emphasized the importance of mindful consumption and encouraged the young audience to adopt eco-conscious practices in daily life.
Adding to the discussions, our very own Mr. Vivek Kumar Sharma, CEO of Normae Placements Pvt. Ltd., spoke on the pressing issue of E-waste. He highlighted how electronic waste is rapidly becoming a major environmental concern and shared practical strategies to reduce and manage e-waste effectively.
The event was graced by Ms. Jyoti, President of Jyotiswarnim Welfare Society, who welcomed the guests and addressed the importance of such awareness programs in shaping environmentally responsible citizens.
We were honored by the presence of Ms. Pushpa Negi, Director of AusSkill International Hotel School, whose support was instrumental in the successful hosting of this event.

नोर्मे प्लेसमेंट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड में हम यह मानते हैं कि एक स्थायी भविष्य की शुरुआत शिक्षा और जागरूकता से होती है। इसी विचारधारा के तहत, हमने 19 जून 2025 को ऑस्किल इंटरनेशनल होटल स्कूल में आयोजित एक विशेष पर्यावरण जागरूकता कार्यक्रम में सहयोग किया, जिसका आयोजन ज्योतिस्वर्णिम वेलफेयर सोसाइटी द्वारा किया गया था।
इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य बच्चों और कॉलेज छात्रों को कचरा प्रबंधन और पर्यावरणीय जिम्मेदारियों के प्रति जागरूक करना था।
कार्यक्रम में मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में उपस्थित थे श्री आशीष गर्ग, जो कि ईकोग्रुप सोसाइटी के अध्यक्ष हैं। उन्होंने प्लास्टिक के उपयोग और उसके गलत तरीके से निपटान के पर्यावरण पर प्रभाव पर विस्तार से चर्चा की और युवाओं को प्लास्टिक के विकल्प अपनाने और सतत जीवनशैली की ओर बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
नोर्मे प्लेसमेंट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के सीईओ श्री विवेक कुमार शर्मा ने ई-वेस्ट (इलेक्ट्रॉनिक कचरे) की बढ़ती समस्या पर रोशनी डाली। उन्होंने बताया कि हम अपने दैनिक जीवन में ई-वेस्ट को कैसे कम कर सकते हैं और उसका सही तरीके से निपटारा क्यों जरूरी है।
ज्योतिस्वर्णिम वेलफेयर सोसाइटी की अध्यक्ष सुश्री ज्योति ने कार्यक्रम में सभी अतिथियों और प्रतिभागियों का स्वागत किया और इस तरह के कार्यक्रमों की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया।
कार्यक्रम में ऑस्किल इंटरनेशनल होटल स्कूल की निदेशक सुश्री पुष्पा नेगी की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति भी रही।
