Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will handle office tasks, support staff and management, and serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
Support HR processes such as onboarding and record-keeping.
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
Act as a liaison between departments and external contacts.
Coordinate company events, meetings, and staff activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred:
Familiarity with office management tools and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Google Workspace, project management tools).
Basic knowledge of accounting and HR practices is a plus.
