Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and will handle the flow of people through the office while ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy manner
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Manage office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Handle administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service orientation
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM]
