Data Scientist

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting insights from complex data, building predictive models, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve real-world business problems using statistical and machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions.

Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.

Perform data wrangling, cleaning, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for analysis.

Visualize data and present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data-driven strategies.

Conduct A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and other statistical analyses to evaluate business initiatives.

Implement and monitor models in production environments.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in a data science or machine learning role.

Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
