Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships. This role ensures timely procurement of quality goods and services at competitive prices while maintaining inventory levels and complying with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, goods, and services based on organizational requirements.
Evaluate and select vendors based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
Issue purchase orders and track delivery timelines to ensure timely fulfillment.
Maintain and update procurement records, supplier databases, and product details.
Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, finance, operations) to forecast demand and plan purchases.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Assist in contract preparation, renewal, and compliance monitoring.
Resolve vendor issues, delivery delays, and quality complaints effectively.
Analyze procurement data and provide regular reports on costs, savings, and vendor performance.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1–3 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP or procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Good analytical and communication abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Traits:
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ethics and transparency in procurement processes.
Familiarity with local and international procurement regulations (if applicable).
