Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, and water supply systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations, along with strong project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and design civil engineering projects using tools like AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, etc.

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules.

Conduct site inspections, feasibility assessments, and environmental impact studies.

Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Ensure materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and quality standards.

Monitor progress and prepare regular reports on site activities and milestones.

Resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and on-site challenges.

Maintain project documentation and prepare as-built drawings and final reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

0–3 years of experience for entry-level; –3+ years for mid/senior level.

Proficiency in civil design and analysis software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, etc.).

Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and site safety.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with local building codes and environmental regulations.
