Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to Director. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude, ensuring that all personal and professional tasks are efficiently completed.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Prepare, organize, and prioritize daily correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Create and maintain filing systems, both paper and electronic.
Handle personal and professional tasks as needed (e.g., making reservations, ordering supplies, etc.).
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as requested.
Travel and Event Coordination:
Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
Coordinate personal and professional events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude.
High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Fresher can also apply.
