Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to help drive strategic decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze data trends, and recommend improvements that support business objectives and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions

Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making

Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow optimization

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics

Use statistical tools and data models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning

Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences

Assist in A/B testing and experimentation to support product or process changes

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field

2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Ability to interpret data and translate it into business value

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
