Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast Data Entry Operator to update and maintain information in our company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Your work will help ensure the integrity and accessibility of business-critical data.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in computer systems and databases
Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities
Maintain accurate records of data entries, files, and documents
Retrieve and organize files as requested by management or team leads
Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company data protection policies
Assist with other administrative tasks as required
Generate reports and extract data as needed for internal use
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets with a high degree of accuracy
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer or typing certifications are a plus
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Typist, or similar role
Fast and accurate typing skills (typically 40+ WPM)
Familiarity with MS Office tools, especially Excel, and data entry software
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
Basic knowledge of office equipment such as scanners and printers
