Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategies across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, growing e-commerce revenue, optimizing conversion funnels, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.

Manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, etc.

Optimize the user journey and website conversion funnel (CRO).

Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and UX.

Oversee email marketing, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle campaigns.

Analyze KPIs and generate reports using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Shopify Analytics, etc.

Conduct A/B testing to improve performance on landing pages, product pages, and campaigns.

Work closely with the SEO team to ensure all product listings and content are search-optimized.

Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure seamless execution of promotions and stock availability.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in digital or e-commerce marketing.

Proven track record in scaling e-commerce revenue through paid and organic channels.

Strong experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and affiliate networks.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage agency/vendor relationships.
