Finance Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the company’s financial health. The ideal candidate will manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Develop and manage the company’s annual budget and financial forecasting

Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions

Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations

Liaise with external auditors for audits and financial reviews

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions

Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

Identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvement

Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CA preferred)

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role (typically 1-5 years)

Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

Proficiency in financial software and Excel

Excellent analytical and numerical skills

Leadership skills and ability to manage a team

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
