Sales Advisor

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer needs to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers, providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions to drive sales.

Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services.

Assist in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean and organized sales area.

Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and effectively.

Stay up to date with promotional offers, policies, and industry trends.

Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver a high standard of customer service.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
