Job Description
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence and engage our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy
Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.)
Manage daily social media activity across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports
Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize for ROI
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Grow followers, engagement, and community through creative campaigns
Handle influencer collaborations and partnerships, if applicable
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite)
Experience with paid ad platforms and performance marketing is a plus
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
