Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies, engaging with online communities, and analyzing social media performance to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires both creative storytelling and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.

Identify target audiences and select appropriate platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest).

Create monthly content calendars that align with company promotions, product launches, and events.

Content Creation & Management:
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including images, videos, stories, reels, and copy.

Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and content writers to produce high-quality visuals and messaging.

Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and tone across all social media platforms.

Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

Foster relationships with followers and influencers to build a loyal online community.

Manage social media contests, giveaways, and user-generated content campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.

Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) to generate reports.

Analyze performance data to optimize future campaigns and recommend improvements.

Advertising & Campaigns:
Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to drive leads, traffic, and sales.

Monitor ad performance and budget, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to support overall brand messaging.

Coordinate with influencers, bloggers, and brand partners for collaborations and shout-outs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).

1–4 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or organization.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.

Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Later, or similar.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
