Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dependable System Administrator to maintain, upgrade, and manage our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure our systems and networks run smoothly, securely, and efficiently to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related infrastructure (both on-premise and cloud).
Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems and applications.
Perform regular security monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and patch management.
Maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide timely solutions.
Apply operating system updates and configure application software.
Implement and enforce IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
Document system configurations, procedures, and support processes.
Support other IT team members and end-users when necessary.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in a systems administration role.
