Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with business goals and user needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver exceptional products that drive company growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives and user needs.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring product development is focused on delivering value to customers.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery, from ideation through launch and beyond.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products to identify new opportunities and improvements.
Create and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and project plans.
Lead product discovery efforts by conducting user research, interviews, and testing to validate product assumptions.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance to measure success and inform future development.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
Drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and make trade-offs to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a tech-driven environment (preferably in software, mobile apps, or SaaS).
Strong understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Experience in market research, customer interviews, and usability testing.
Ability to create clear product documentation, roadmaps, and requirements.
Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana).
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other relevant certifications.
Experience with A/B testing, data analytics, and product performance analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and collaboration with design teams.
