UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our product team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and analyze feedback to understand user behavior and pain points.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.

Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and interactions that align with brand identity and improve usability.

Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation matches intended user experience.

Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides for consistency across products.

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance user experiences.

Ensure accessibility standards and responsive design practices are followed.

Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design or interaction design roles.

Proven portfolio of design projects for web and/or mobile applications.
