Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure optimal service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resources, implementing processes, and leading cross-functional teams to meet company goals and maintain high standards of performance and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, monitor, and manage day-to-day operational activities across departments
Optimize operational workflows and improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
Lead, train, and supervise staff to ensure consistent performance and growth
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with business strategy
Manage budgets, inventory, vendor relationships, and contracts as needed
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards
Identify areas for process improvement and lead change management initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
2+ years of proven experience in operations or team leadership roles
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in project management tools, ERP systems, or Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in [specific industry, e.g., logistics, manufacturing, IT, retail]
Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP)
Knowledge of budgeting, supply chain, or quality assurance practices
