Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing teams, ensuring efficient workflows, and supporting leadership in strategic and operational decision-making. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to achieving performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and overseeing department operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Supervise and support team members in their daily tasks, providing training and guidance as needed.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.
Handle customer/client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support change implementation.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems.
Step in for the Manager when necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or mid-level management role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with [Industry-specific software] is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
