Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to support our student placement initiatives by engaging with companies and industry partners. The role involves fieldwork, building relationships with potential recruiters, and securing placement opportunities for students.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to companies, HR managers, and industry professionals to promote student placement services

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential hiring partners

Generate leads and follow up for company tie-ups and campus recruitment drives

Understand company hiring needs and match them with suitable student profiles

Coordinate and schedule interviews, job fairs, and placement activities

Maintain records of visits, client interactions, and placement conversions

Represent the organization at networking events, career expos, and industry meets

Provide regular reports and updates to the placement and sales team

Meet targets for new company tie-ups and student placements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or field marketing (preferably in education or recruitment)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings

Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets

Familiarity with CRM tools or reporting software is a plus
